If you do not wish Barkly to gather the information through the functionality of the Services, you must not install and use the Services.
Further, when purchasing the Services, we may require you to provide us with financial qualification and billing information, such as billing name and address, and credit card number (“Billing Information”). We consider credit card information to be personal data. Any credit card information that is provided to us is used solely to check the financial qualifications and collect payment from prospective and actual customers. We strive to adhere to PCI data security standards, including using fully PCI compliant credit card processors. Barkly uses a third-party service provider to manage credit card and payment processing. This service provider is not permitted to store, retain, or use billing information except for the sole purpose of credit card and payment processing on our behalf. This information may be sent to Barkly when you are connected to the Internet and will identify you based on the information you submit when you are using the Services. Barkly may use the information to improve its software and identify trends and usage patterns.

Participation in these surveys or responsive requests is completely voluntary and the user therefore has a choice whether or not to disclose this information.
